My technician Jimmy was very informative in that he told me everything that he was doing. He did a thorough inspection of my units in a timely manner and cleaned up the area where he was working. Because my unit is older he respected my wishes regarding replacement and didn't try to convince me that I needed to buy a new unit as soon as possible.
