Completely unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and overpriced. If I could give this place no stars, I would. They will take advantage of you and your insurance. If you want to pay $600 for frames and lenses, WITH insurance ($1000 without), be my guest! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
