Bought a brand new furnnace in 2006, within 3 years the problems started.\r
Circuit board went out, still under warranty. Not only charged for the service call but also cahrged for diagnostics-which we'd already had done and TOLD them what was wrong and what we wanted fixed.\r
the next year paid another $120 for them to come out and replace the ignitor, which is no longer under warranty because the furnace is 6 yrs old.\r
Can't do anything online-everything has to be done by phone. An hour later and am still waiting in a COLD house for a tech to call me back.\r
We bought a new furnace because we were tired of calling repair guy's every year to fix the old one....nothing has changed, except now they are coming out to fix a newer furnace. Thanks United!
