However, I have encountered multiple issues with his staff. I live in California now and was going to be in Dallas in December and tried to get an appointment and they were unwilling to help me. It was a bit insulting since I've been going to him since 2003. \r
Then, I had issues trying to get my prescriptions filled through Medco. They were unwilling to call Medco and figure out how to do it even though they had my medical card. \r
The final blow was I tried to reorder contacts in Decemer (since I couldn't get an appointment) in order to not lose my 2011 benefit. Instead of calling me, they just cancelled the order. When I called them and explained the situation, they told me they couldn't backdate a claim even though I had submitted the order on time and it was their fault that they cancelled it. Doesn't make you want to go back. I also don't understand why it takes 2+ hours for an appointment.
