- Went to buy a laptop, made a laptop purchase. It had an issue during the first week. Took it back to get another. They did not have the same thing so, the manager offered to upgrade us. I agreed and during check out the manager changed his mind because he made a mistake while looking at the price, and wanted to charge me the difference after we had agreed. I had to keep my computer and get it fixed.
It took weeks to reach someone above the store manager.
