My washer still doesn't work after a week of these idiots trying to fix it! They sent thugs to my house to fix it who scared me and my daughter to death! worst of all they were recommended by Service America and we thought we were safe having them in our home. We were so disappointed! I have 15 loads of laundry -- we called and told Hedrick Diaz the owner that his refurbished part didn't fix our washer and he said, ""I can't come fix it I am on vacation: you have to wait until I get back."" He took $475 of our hard earned money and he scared my child! H & D Appliance and Service America are frauds!!!!! We have to call someone else to fix our washer and now we have to fight for our money back!
