The master plumber from Cleveland that came to our aid when our kitchen sink was backing up was prompt, professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, solved it making necessary repairsand cleaned the work area before he left. He explained what had been wrong, how he solved the problem and answered any questions that we had. The estimate he had given us when he first arrived was the actual amount that we paid.
