He gave me a free estimate on the spot. I agreed to the job and he honored my internet coupon ($40 off). He started immediately. It was a bad clog and it took over an hour for him to snake it out. He took his time and did a great job (didn't rush or take shortcuts). He was courteous and explained everything he was doing and didn't mind answering my questions. He also made some helpful suggestions on how to prevent problems in the future. When he was done he took the time to clean up. I'm very satisfied.
