I agree with Butterfly. This facility is manned by Physician Assistants, (PAA)and medical assistants with below average education. The halls are crowded, the waiting rooms are crowded, urine samples are placed in a window in the bathroom creating a nice way to cause a major problem with the mix up of samples,--you wait hours even if you are just getting results...,presenting nothing more than a ball of confusion.
The technicians become annoyed because you ask a question, or you ask to repeat a question due to the strong Russian dialect. Its’ difficult to get a copy of your results, and one telephone operator cannot convey a message appropriately to the next operator by the time they return to your call after holding for 30 min. This is nothing more than an insurance mill. Or perhaps another Medicaid mill.
Test are intentionally flawed so that you can return and spend more for repeat blood, sonogram, and any other test that they claimed a patient needed. The first set of test that you are given warrants a call back from the facility stating there is an emergency,… so” please come in to discuss the poor results. “ The discussion with the Dr. who turns out to be a PAA is meant to scare the +*8@ out of you so you will have no choice but to take and pay for more test. Strangely, the second set of test across the board ends in excellent, or negative results.
I think that this information, and anyone with questionable feeling about the care rendered at this facility should post on all social sites (such as in the case of Butterfly). This is just to alert the public as to what is going on. Optimum health care should not just be about the dollar. And yes, if JACHO steps in there will be a problem. I just hope they don’t step in during surgical procedure’s because a shutdown is just that—tubes and wires hanging won’t matter.
