I paid this company $2500 dollars to be published in two different areas of san diego. I got no calls. These told me that my business would be the only one in my area only to be shocked when they mailed me the product to see that there is another company advertising and doing the exact same thing.
Their sales people slick. They will try to get you think about formulas and get you to believe on the worst case senario, you will make 10,000 or more. Take it from me, these people either do not deliver their product to home owners or no even one person will call you using their directory.
They normally get small businesses because they know a small startup will do just about any thing to get more business.
Just remember when this company calls next time, just hang up and save your money.
To get more business, simply start calling property managers and homeowners or pay for google adwords. It is cheaper and easier. They also get results. When you are working at a neighborhood, hung your fliers on all the close by homes. Good luck.
