We went to St. Francis Hospital tonight because my son had swollen tonsils & trouble breathing. There was no one in the waiting room, security room or the check in room. After ringing the bell twice & waiting more than 10 minutes, no one came to assist us. We ended up leaving & taking him to Memorial Hospital, where he was immediately taken back & assessed. I would strongly recommend not going to this hospital, especially if you have an emergency. They are rude & do not want to help the patients that make their paychecks!
