NorthStar Driving Academy is the WORST!!!!! DO NOT USE Northstar Driving! They are horribly disorganized, rude & incompetent. The office staff are unbelievably condescending and ultra rude. We experienced them scheduling drives for the wrong times and leaving without students when we were in contact with them waiting at the stop light trying to turn into the parking lot... we were 3 minutes behind schedule due to the traffic lights and they left without my students. The secretary at the office is rude and uncaring with no customer service what so ever! This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. My son's and I liked one of the instructors ""A woman"". The office people are horrible and if the owner does not hire more competent customer service oriented staff he will not have a business!
