Terrible company. Do not use them. They actually harassed me and my new born baby after we paid them 176.00! One of their managers threatened my husband with physical abuse if we did not give them more money. Now after several emails to Mr. Booker--no reply! This company should be shut down for violation of passenger's rights. Where is Bloomberg on this?? He needs to get involved and shut these shady businesses down.
