Joe was awesome - on time, good with my tenants and good with me. He even took photos of the roof top AC unit and sent them to me so I could see and understand what he was talking about. Some companies I have worked with in the past assume I don’t have any technical knowledge since I am female. I have several rental properties and I entrust them all to Precision Heating & Air Conditioning – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
