I viewed several apartments, and if the maintenance was done, they could be nice - but they look like the previous occupant just left! Dirt in the corners, sticky drawers, holes in the walls, etc.
The parking areas need a lot of work - potholes everywhere, unless you drive a 4 x 4 you are in danger of breaking something!
I also went back without the company representitive and knocked on doors and was told dog owners do not pick up after their pets and that you can wait months for repairs!
