I arrived at 10:45 with my two children hoping to have a pleasant experience similiar to the positive reviews listed here. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. We didn't receive a warm greeting ( which I dismissed) and was advised that the stylists had openings at 12:15. I made the appointments and we proceeded to walk around the mall. We arrived back at the ""salon"" promptly at 12:15 and I was advised that one of my children could be seen (in another ten minutes) but the stylist ""didn't realize how much hair her client had and it's going to take her alot longer to finish"" so she wasn't sure when/if my other child would be able to be seen. She asked, ""Can you come back later this afternoon?"" I had ZERO interest in wasting my day waiting. At this point I was upset. First the cold reception, then encountering issues that this salon has with proper staffing and scheduling Needless to say, I declined. I took the kids to Whata Cutie Cuts across the street (in the ToysRUs shopping center) and was pleasantly surpised. We were warmly greeted, promptly seen and left feeling like valued clients.
