I currently have an apartment with Seaway and am VERY UNHAPPY with the decision that I have made. Which is why I have decided to join this site to help anyone I can not make the same mistake!
1. They never follow through upon an agreement rather you have to constantly nag to remind them and hopefully get it accomplished within a decent time period
i.e. 1. And oven put in my apartment 1 1/2 months
2. Maintenance issues range from 3-5 months
to name a few.
2. To get there attention I have to constantly call with no response most times, if I call 15 times they call once.
3. They have no respect for their tenants and will argue!
4. They said they would clean my apartment upon moving in and did not there were old air refreshens in my apartments, dirty curtains, dirty refrigerator ect...
5. this has been the most frustrating and stressful experience especially for the money that I pay for my apartment!
