Unfortunately, they are not a reliable shop when it comes to safeguarding your items - especially if you use their free pick-up and delivery service. The driver refuses to provide a piece count nor give you a receipt for your items, which of course means they can always deny responsibility should they lose them. Alas, that's what happened to me. They lost several items and since I was not given a receipt for them, there is no way to trace what happened to them. I would strongly advise against using their pick-up service until they change their policies.
