I finally decided to do the big chop but I am new to this area and didn't know where to go. I did some research and the reviews for the salon were so great I had to try it out. I am happy to say that all the reviews are correct! I was able to get an appointment before New Years with Giselle. She made me feel at ease, she showed me how to properly care for my hair and what products to use but most importantly I really appreciated the fact that she showed me what to do so that I could recreate the style AFTER I washed my hair. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and inviting and it was nice to see so many people with different natural hairstyles. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back again soon.
