After ordering a large marbel countertop, it was delivered in two distinctly different colors. It was removed and replaced delaying many other parts of a renovation. When the top was delivered the second time, the holes for the faucet were drilled in the wrong place. After asking for resolution, a ""tampered"" picture was produced to support their mistake
