There customer service is terrible! They expect YOU to clean the tanning beds when you're done! which is RIDICULOUS, they have a girl there that sits at the front desk doing nothing that can do it. Also, i never cleaned my bed when i was done, that is NOT my job. i paid 60 dollars to tan for a month, if they want to pay me half that back, then i would have been happy to clean my bed. Everytime i would go in these b*tches would stare me down.
