People who make a negative remark about this Thrift Store City on Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, VA need to spend more time in their ""Ivory Palaces"" and less time in the BEST thrift store in Portsmouth!!!
Thrift is Thrift!!! You still didn't pay the ""NEW"" price of any item you purchased! And if you don't like the store, then WHY do you keep coming back???!!!
If you're a ""dealer"" of any kind, then you are only trying to rip someone else off at another time!
And the ladies (Linet) behind the counters??? They are the best.!!! If you want to shop where you are NOT helped, then go to Home Depot!
