High prices and poor service after sale. Received a new CD as gift for Christmas. CD was bound up in the factory packaged CD holder and cracked as I was removing it from the package. Returned CD and packaging (Streetside price stickers still on on plastic wrapping) Streetside would not replace it. I have been buying music from them since they used to have their 3 for $10 LP's sales. NO MORE!!!!! This is the kind of service that drives people to the internet and big discount stores.
