I'm very happy with the service I received and the price I paid. I called Roto-Rooter, along with half a dozen other Boston-area plumbers, on a Tuesday night about a clogged kitchen sink. Roto-Rooter was one of only two that answered the phone at night, while one other called me back that night but was not able to help. They agreed to come to my home on Wednesday morning.
