I thought I got a good deal but the lady ""Rita Laungani"" is the rudest customer service rep I have ever seen in my life. Why do such people make others days unhappy with their arrogant attitude.
She took money but wanted to issue tickets at her own pace which never mentioned in her conversations but when I asked she insists that she can't go back and change the dates. That's very disappointing and rude to our expectations.
Basically she locked me for about 5days after payment. So I sincerely suggest to shop around before reaching this lady. You will hate to speak to her after first conversation. That's for sure!
