Whatever you do, do NOT use this company! I was quoted a price over the phone and was charged and additional $55.00 once they got their grubby hands on my card. Once I realized what they did I requested that the card be refunded as I will no longer be using the services they were providing. After I advised the locksmith to leave the car locked and refund my card he then proceeded to call me names. After I was called every name in the book I called the company number back immediately and advised them of the situation that had transpired who at that point pick up where the driver left off in the name calling, yelling and cussing. He also refused to refund the transaction. The next day I called the manager Jose who stated he would only refund a partial amount even though there was no service rendered and the driver picked a fight with two women he also joined in on the name calling then hung up on me.
