I had been a member of their car club for about a year and had a silver car. I never really new where the scratches on the paint were coming from. I just purchased a new 2012 Toyota Camry Black. This wash scratched the car up good from front to back. The damage was about 335. They would not pay this and told me that they have done 10000 cars and mine was the only one that got scratched. Tried to blame it on the dealer. Come on the car has 500 miles on it. These people are horrible business owners and I hope they go out of business. Good job taking care of your customers.
