I took my Ram truck in for service saw same smileing faces as before , as far as management I met the new owner Dennis , he seems to genuinely care about your experience with Lenoir City Chrysler while speaking with him he assured me that customer satisfaction is there priority. I will be back to service my Ram truck there and when time comes I will buy my next vehicle there as well .
