I ordered my book on December 30th. I never got confirmation that it shipped or a tracking number. After calling them 3 times (called on the 1/5-- they said it should arrive on the 10th; called on 1/11 they said they had already shipped and would call UPS; called on the 1/12 they said it shipped it THE DAY BEFORE), they told me that it should arrive in 6 MORE days! I asked why they didn't expedite the shipping, and he said he didn't have control over that because one of the workers shipped it without asking.
I just called them (on January 18th, 3 weeks later) because the book STILL has not arrived! They have no idea where the book is and claim that they never got it from the publisher. They LIED about shipping it twice! They accept no responsibility and did not offer any form of compensation. I've gotten books from India and Thailand in 3 days, but it takes 3 weeks to send ship books from Texas to Arizona?! WORST booksellers of all time!
