I have been a resident for 6 months. The apartment we moved into is not the one we were told we were getting. To start off in our new ""home"" for the time being I had to call directv, att, ameren, insurance company, etc... to have my address changed that I had set appointments up, renters insurance, and electric switched over. After we moved in, my shower handle was broken. I had never even used it. It took over a week to get it fixed. There is NEVER enough parking at my building. The apartments are poorly insulated... causing outrageous electric bills. I recently sent in my rent for January 2012 and put it in on the 25th of December because I was going to be out of town. I wrote on the envelope ""I will be out of town, to avoid late fee's I am putting my check in now. Please do not send through until the 1st."" They sent it on the 29th and it sent back. THEN they said I owed then $1250 for late fees and a court charge. I've tried for over a week to contact the assistant manager and she NEVER calls me back. She is either ""on lunch"" or ""out of her office.""
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND ""PROFESSIONAL"" SCAMMERS. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
