On January 24th, I called the service department at Trophy Nissan because I got a recall notice in the mail for my Nissan Juke. I purchased the Juke at Grapevine Nissan but since then moved to East Dallas. I gave the service consultant my VIN number over the phone to schedule an appointment - He said he needed that information to find which recall I needed to take my car in for. I asked how many recalls are there on the Juke? He then said. well it depends on the year and model. The Juke has only been out one year - he said there was only one recall for the vehicle. I then said - GREAT - I would like to bring it in on Saturday ( I called on Tuesday) . He put me on hold for 5 minutes then said - ""you need to bring it in so that we know what recall you are here for, then we will need to order the part. I asked for the manager - he refused to put me through. more
