This was by far the WORST business that I have ever dealt with. I ordered 3 sets of numbers on the 12th of December and they shipped youth sizes instead of adult and the numbers that they sent were not even close to the correct font for the Redskins. I needed the numbers to have jerseys made for Christmas presents so I called and explained that it was now too late to get what I needed and they told me that I was SOL that they would only replace the numbers. I was told that I would need to speak with the owner to get a refund. I spent 2 weeks leaving messages and no one would return my call. I finally had to contact my bank to explain the situation and the people at Eastern Lettering answered the bank's call because they didn't recognize the number. The person that I spoke with first now pretended to be the owner and told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. He offered no explanation as to why he would not retirn my phone calls if he really was the owner. I finally just returned the numbers to get the replacements so that I could sell the numbers on ebay. It has now been almost 4 weeks since I sent them back and no replacement. No one will answer my calls or retrn my emails. I finally had to open up a case with Visa to hopefully get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE DISHONEST AN THIEVES!! If you want to be treated like crap and receive no customer service, then this is the company for you. I have never experienced aything like this place in my life and I really do't know how they stay in business. In addition to the badservice, the quality of the product is terrible. Fonts are incorrect and the colors are different than the authentic numbers on jerseys!
