I've been to a variety of hookah lounges, just to see which ones have the best service & hookah. Of all the ones I've been too, Rouge never disappoints. Food is always seasoned right and the Hookah flavor lasts for a while (doesn't burn/choke as quick as other places). Sliders, Fries, Beer & Rouge Remix Hookah = satisfied me.
