Tiny (Supervisor) @ 1245 for a 1330 pick up. He confirmed, then I called back at 1315 and s/w Kim who confirmed the cab would be there at 1330. At 1336 boss called back to say cab is still not there. Cab finally came at 1339. Called back to complain, Kim transferred me to a Supervisor (Tiny) who was no help, very rude and non chalant attitude. Guess Charley's makes enough money, they don't need our business. I even gave them my direct number in case there were any problems with them getting there on time. Tiny claims that's not what he takes the number for????!!!!! What a KOOK!
