I would never ever go back or refer anyone to that place after my experience . The worst part about the thing is the General manger was the one who tried to assist me . Her name was Nikki Bryant . First off she was extremely rude ,could not do her job did not tell all information that was needed to complete transaction,told me one thing on phone and another at location and then acted like my fault when didnt have rite paper work. Thats probably why its almost out of biz . If anyone needs to pawn car title I would go to titlepawn on 41 in kennesaw not only are they extremely fast great customer service and the best part is they charge a fraction of what title max does. Basically stay away.
