My son was seen by the audiologist 6 weeks ago for a specific reason. I called ahead and was told the fee would be $45. I said I would send a check and she immediately told me it would be run as an electronic check. I said that would be fine. My son called me on the way home and said he would have a credit on his account there because they had run the check for $70.00. HIs visit there was a one time thing andmore than likely, he will not need to be seen there again.I promptly called the office. I left a message on the voice mail of the billing manager, explained the reason for my call and hung up. She tried to reach me several times, I tried to return her call and then just sent an email with yet another explanation as to what I needed. On Dec. 22, she sent me an email telling me that my refund check was being processed and would be mailed.
