I have had my Lifeshield system installed for about 2 months now and I am very pleased with the hardware and the service. The system was very easy to install. The instructions were good, but there were some options that I was unsure of so I called tech support for clarification. Talk about a refreshing experience! Lifeshield's tech support is the best I have ever experienced. The person I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the response time for the system is amazing. If a sensor or other event is triggered, such as power or internet outtage, I get a text message on my smart phone with details of the event in UNDER 5 SECONDS!!! LIFESHIELD RULES!!!!
