I have shopped at Kids Kottage on numerous occasions. Many times it is to just browse but I have also made several purchases. I have never been treated rudely. I have always had excellent customer service and It has always been from the owner. :) The prices are, in my opioion, fairly decent compared to some stores that carry the same items. Especailly since I know round about what they pay for these items at market. The consignment is a little tight but they have such a wide variety that I dont really see how they could make it better unless they expanded. As I have said before, this store is wonderful. I will be shopping here for many years to come.
