The staff were rude and seemed to be wanting to do anything but help their customers. I ordered my glasses in mid-December and 6 weeks later, I am still have problems with them. When I picked up my glasses, I had to pay more money because they calculated incorrectly, and the lenses were made wrong, so I had to wait for a replacement. Finally got the correct lenses yesterday, and the glasses don't fit and I had to go elsewhere to get them adjusted, since the ABC&E staff couldn't be bothered. Finally got to wear them today for the first time, and my new sunglasses BROKE! I will never go back to that store, and I will let my friends and family know that their money and time is better spent elsewhere!
