I went to serenity creek because I wanted laser hair removal and they were offering an awesome promotion (6 sessions for $99, yes please!); the staff was excellent. The woman at the front desk was approachable and very helpful, I had questions about a procedure I am looking into for my mother and she made helpful suggestions and found pamphlets for me to take home. I did not have to wait long to be seen, I came in early, and was seen before my appointment time even came up. I've never had any type of laser service done, and I am so glad I went here for it! During the actual hair removal process I was put at ease and comfortable through the process. I'm suggesting this to my friends and am going to have an additional area done as well.
