Placed an order 0n 01/06/12 and after waiting for 2 full weeks, contacted them to find out what was going on. The office manager Salinas said she had placed an order for my items and had not received them yet and she could not say when I would receive them because she is not in charge of delivering them to my doorsteps. She further said she could not magically make orders appear. I asked her if it was a magical request for an order to be made to them, Remember in all of this they had received payment. I told her to cancel my order and she hung up on me. Do not go to this website their service is horrible
