I used Reno's towing service over the summer of 2011 for my motorcycle, when we arrived back at my house the driver asked me to get onto the flatbed, sit on the bike, and hold the brakes (not knowing any better, I did), he then tilted the flatbed and undid the tie downs. We then began to back the bike down the ramp (backwards, while I was sitting on it), it lost traction on the greasy surface of the flatbed and began to slide backwards with me on it. The driver let go and it fell onto my left leg, dragging me down to the pavement. They disagreed to pay for the $2600 damages or my $595 watch which was destroyed as well. I will never use their service again.
