This rink has great potential for becoming a fun, family friendly environment, but lacks the proper management. Being an avid skater myself, I have several years experience with roller skating rinks as well as staffing and managing rinks in eastern NC. Hamilton Skate Place has a great set up given the space they have to work with, but there was an obvious lack of management. Only half of the staff working on this Saturday night had any kind of uniform on, the dress code (listed on their website) was not complied with.
