I hired them to put wood floor in my house, they charged me about 25% higher then other alternative companies in the area , but I decided to pay more for 'top-quality' job ...as I was told. I'm completely disappointed: they didn't care to make the sub-floor even before installing quite expensive pre-finished hardwood floor which I ordered, so my floor looks like wavy ocean surface, in many places it is creaking and moving under my feet, they also left a few cracked planks right after installation... When I complained all they said was - we are not responsible for your sub-floor. But when I talked to other contractors (unfortunately afterwards!) they started their explanations with the statement 'First thing, I will make your sub-floor even...'.
