I called about furnace replacement. I got some great advice and everyone was really friendly. I had to wait a little bit for a call back but it was worth it. This kind of customer service reminds me of how things used to be when companies cared and wanted customers to come back. The guys that installed the unit did so in a timely manner, were clean and well-mannered. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am a very happy customer!
