At your open house during the Christmas season, everything (gifts) was for NEW appointments--nothinbg for established appointments (customers). Even to sign up for a drawing you had to be making a new appointment as a new customer. Now, you want me to refer new customers so you can give them a gift. What about the customers who come in every three (3) weeks without fail? What are we?? Chopped liver? Something should be done for the faithful.
