The chair, well it's not a chair, it's a bench seat, is very uncomfortable and too high. I'm short, so I have to prop a bunch of pillows behind me to be able to reach the area where the tech needs your foot. The process is routine and quick, so don't expect a relaxing, spa experience. My biggest complaint is when the tech finished my pedicure there was no where for me to sit to let my polish dry before putting my winter boots back on. I had to go out into the cold salon wearing the paper thin flip flops and styrofoam between my toes, boots in hand and wait there. The tech never offered to help in any way. After putting my boots back on, I was then left with the flip flops and toe pieces to discard. Also, no one at the front desk offered to assist, or even check if I wanted to pay for my service.
