I arrived at the salon 20 minutes in advance as requested. I changed and sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes before one of the employees stopped to ask me who I was waiting to see. Then there was another 5 minutes before she finally came out. Apart from that, everything was great. But I've never had to wait in the lounge area of a salon that long.
