I'll start by saying that I'm a 45 year old Marine that has never in my life been pampered in any way. This was a gift from my fiance, and before going in I was extremely leary. That being said, the therapist was super friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. I had a full 1 hour deep tissue massage and I must admit that I did not expect it to be so relaxing. The soothing music, the aroma therapy combined with the experienced hands of the therapist left me feeling renewed and ready for another 45 years!
