i called about two properties and was given vague information without any offer to see the property or talk to a realtor. i emailed and got a response saying let them know if i wanted to see the properties and i said yes. no response. i called again and set up an appointment and no one showed up. didn't even take my name or phone number in case they were late or had something come up. not sure they were really interested in renting out anything. i really liked two places but have to continue looking through a different company.
